Auto Repair Warranty

i own a 2003 ford mustang and the control arm and ball joints were faulty. i hit a pothole on the highway and it knocked everything out of wack. i called the roadside assist and they had it towed to the shop. i called travis at auto repair warranty and he explained everything i needed to do and was very helpful.. i got a call later and the work was authorized and i got it back that day. i've never been happier with a warranty co like auto repair warranty. maybe you guys should just be nicer!
